You have to give location, WHY? You have to create an account, WHY? If you are going to just BT a pic to a screen then just do it! You don’t need all this to just send a pic to a screen! You’ve take the fun out of it by wanting to sell our info so that just makes you a data collection agency! Boooooo on you, you’ve lost a costumer and you’ve gotten a bad rating for being greedy!

Will not let me Connect the vape it keeps saying turn on Bluetooth but it’s turned on.

Don’t bother downloading this app, nothing works on it! 600 puffs is a fiction, you’ll be lucky to get 100 puffs before they fail!
Waste of Money and Time!!
I did everything and followed the instructions to the T. The vape itself works…but the screen doesn’t register. Some get it on the first try (whoop-Dee) but it’s not even registering at all to my IPhone. I’ve tried and re-tried like it suggested and it’s a dud. My Bluetooth is VERY MUCH on AND connected so not understanding what the issue is. All for trying all the awesome vapes Alibarbar has to offer but this is by far the biggest waste of time and biggest disappointment for the price paid. Was really excited to have a ‘personalised’ vape with pictures and this has been an utter FAIL.
Please fix the bug so people aren’t wasting money on an item the semi works.

Simple to use
I don’t know why people are leaving bad reviews. I connected my device instantly and uploaded 5 photos to the vape. You can only add one at a time, then press the next + to add another one. It’s so easy!

First and foremost I’m tryna connect ma vape and it’s just not letting me add a photo it’s not letting me make a profile it’s not letting customise anything. It simply does not work fix your bugs. Because I can’t upload any photos the thing literally says device has been bound. But then nothing comes up no device nothing so get a life.

This App is a joke! Cause it only lets you Upload 1 photo and Not the Ten as advertised!! And once you’ve done that it’s Totally useless for anything Else! ( it’s ment to actually do)!!!

That code does not work and I would love my money back.

I cannot figure out what the verification code is. The vape is a solid taste though. Update: okay so once your trying to register you have to click the verification button and it’ll send to email. Also you can track where your vape is. I love that!!
Don’t fall for it!
This vape was boosted to me by a sales rep at my local headshop. In theory, the vape sounds amazing, you can upload pictures, track your habits and the screen is replaceable. My issue is the app. I can upload a photo after connecting the device, but it reverts back to the original photo an hour later. I also cannot access ANY of the other features without creating an account, which it requires a verification code i never received or could find on the box or device itself. The app also requires a precise location to proceed, which im not sure as to why a vape needs my location? I will be sticking to my usual disposable vapes and not this overhyped, over-technical buggy company.
