One thing I’ve learned from using this app is that being a better parent often starts with understanding yourself better. Arden does a great job of guiding that process.

Not another AI app!!

What I appreciate most is that it doesn’t make me feel judged. Some parenting resources leave me feeling guilty. Arden feels supportive instead.

Good for me and my daughter

Often opened up to other Als about difficult feelings and Arden has been the most helpful for me I especially like that the insights isn't overly complicated Arden encourages me to reflect on my thoughts and behaviors in a way that feels approachable I've only just started using the app but already looking forward to seeing how I change over time!!!
