About
You already know what you should be doing. What is missing is not information: it is a reason to do it today, and something to lose if you do not.
ARDENT starts by telling you where you stand. Fourteen questions, six areas of your life — body, focus, mind, lifestyle, relationships, money — and a score out of 100. There is always road left ahead, and it is a number.
Then you pick your challenges. At least three, as many as you want, across those same six areas — or write your own. From a two-minute act to the one almost nobody holds. You keep them while they serve you, and you change them the day they stop.
To complete one, you press and hold. Long enough that none of them completes by accident, and long enough that the gesture costs something.
AN AVATAR THAT DOES NOT LIE
It changes shape as you level up, and its state follows your consistency. A week of nothing and it fades. Thirty days and only a skeleton is left — at that point you retake the read and choose: keep your level, or start from where you actually are.
WHEN YOU LET GO
Missing a day costs you no level: what punishes you is the streak dropping to zero. And an absence, however long, never costs you more than one level. Your records stay on screen. What you did, you did.
WHAT YOU WATCH MOVE
A hexagon of your six areas, filling in one challenge at a time. A grid of the days you held across twelve months — the gaps show, and that is the point. Your longest run, at the top.
WITHOUT OPENING THE APP
A Home Screen widget: your streak and today's challenges at a glance. And when you start a challenge's timer, the countdown stays on the Lock Screen — and in the Dynamic Island, on iPhones that have one. Put the phone down; it keeps counting.
WHAT ARDENT DOES NOT DO
No promise of results: the ninety-day projection is a projection of habits if you keep the pace, and it says so.
No medical advice, no health diagnosis, no psychological support. ARDENT measures habits you declare yourself. If you are going through a hard time, talk to a doctor or someone close to you.
No comparison to others, no leaderboard: your score depends only on your answers.
No ads, no trackers, no data resold. Your account is anonymous: no email, no password, no name. Your answers are stored in the European Union, and you can delete everything from inside the app, at any time.
WHAT YOU NEED
An iPhone, and three minutes a day.
THE SUBSCRIPTION
The diagnostic, the score, the projection and the whole catalogue are free to look at. The daily loop — completing your challenges, holding your streak, growing your avatar — requires the subscription.
Three auto-renewing plans: ARDENT Premium for one week, for one month or for one year. Monthly and Annual start with three free days on a first subscription. The exact price, in your currency, is shown before any purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews on its own unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the three free days become paid under the same terms. You manage and cancel everything from your Apple account settings.
