Need huge improvements

The only reason we are using the app is because the padel clubs that we go to are exclusive in Arena. Otherwise the app is too slow most of the times. Doesn't work many times. Also I am in Qatar and the app is showing only Bahrain location,,, I did not find a way to change locations manually

The app has been active for almost a year, however it doesn’t seem that the owners/operators are interested in improving the app. There are so many problems with booking, cancelling, levels and scoring.
