ArenaPro is an end-to-end management app for football pitches, padel courts and other hourly-rented sports venues. It puts the booking book, deposits, weekly regulars and the till into one app — and retires the phone chaos and the scribbled notebook. THE DAY ON ONE SCREEN • Courts as columns, hours as rows: the whole day at a glance • Tap a free slot to book it; tap a busy one to open the match • Occupancy, free slots and expected revenue sit on top REGULARS RUN THEMSELVES • Define a team that comes every week at the same time — once • The schedule fills itself four weeks ahead • If the team quits, stop it with one tap and the slot frees up DEPOSITS AND NO-SHOW HISTORY • Record the deposit with the booking; it hits the till on the day you take it • If the team doesn't show, the deposit stays and goes on their record • Next time that phone number calls, the app warns you first: "2 previous no-shows — ask for a deposit" TV BOARD AT THE ENTRANCE • The TV in your venue shows tonight's schedule and free slots: tanrikuluapps.com/arenapro/pano • Setup is scanning one QR code; amounts never appear on screen • "Looking for opponent" matches are announced — half-full slots get filled ONLINE BOOKING WITHOUT PHONE CALLS • Your venue gets its own booking link and QR code • Customers see live availability and leave a request with name and phone • Requests land on your board instantly; approve with one tap, they get notified YOUR CUSTOMER FOLLOWS THE MATCH • Show the QR on the booking: the customer adds the match to their phone, no app needed • If the time changes or the match is cancelled, they are told automatically • A reminder arrives one hour before kick-off • Send the link to the team so everyone follows the same match CLOSING AND TILL • When the match ends, the remaining amount is pre-calculated; pick cash/card and close • Daily till, expense book, day-by-day revenue chart and per-court breakdown • Collecting less than calculated requires the manager PIN and is logged PRICE RULES • "Different after 5 pm on weekdays, another on weekends" — define it once • The app brings the right price to every booking • 90-minute slots for padel and tennis are supported too CLOUD AND MULTI-DEVICE • Records live on your phone instantly, in the cloud in the background • A second phone, tablet or your partner's device joins the same business • Role-based permissions: owner, manager, staff • Works fully offline; syncs when the connection returns CANTEEN, STOCK AND BARCODE • Water, tea, bibs — define a product once, pick it with one tap at sale time • Stock tracking: enter the quantity on hand, it drops with every sale and turns red when running low • Scan with a Bluetooth barcode reader or the phone camera: product found, quantity asked, sale done • "Ten teas please" goes on the match tab; at checkout it settles together with the remaining fee in one tap DUES AND BANK TRANSFERS • At closing time the day's till lands on your phone: matches, cash, card, transfer — share with your partner in one tap • For teams on monthly dues, see who paid this month — unpaid shows red, tap to collect • Bank transfer next to cash and card: deposits arrive remotely and stay separate from the drawer at day end MANAGE FROM A COMPUTER TOO • The same account opens in a web browser: court × hour grid on a big screen • The canteen counter works with a USB barcode scanner; till and reports in front of you • Subscription and offline use stay on the phone; the web needs a connection Subscription: first 7 days free, then a monthly subscription billed to your App Store account.
