Clan founders can now transfer leadership to another member who has 100 in the Leadership skill, for a cost of 7500 UC. Auctions (both Gold and UC) now display the name of the highest bidder. Normal chat messages now have a 5-second cooldown to prevent sending the same message repeatedly. If your inventory is full when completing an achievement, the reward item will now be sent to your vault instead of being lost. Fixed an issue that could incorrectly block accounts on certain devices.
