APP charges you $6.99 regardless of your subscription status
It appears as though I canceled the subscription well before I was charged. Unless Argo wants to face any legal repercussions, then Argo must refund me the $6.99. This is no joke.

Cannot watch a movie in certain region
So i wanted to watch the film “Makassar is a city for football Fans” that is in the pride playlist, and keep in mind that I myself am an Indonesian and are currently in INDONESIA.
But, whenever I tried to play the film, it says that “the playlist are only currently available in Indonesia. We’ll notify you once it is in your region” or something like that. Like bruh, I AM IN INDONESIA, like what the hell? fix your goddamn app man, cmon. It’s stupid. I try to find the settings to change the region to Indonesia but there seems to be no setting for that. Tried VPN but it didn’t work as well. Now. Do it now.

Didn’t work for me
Not sure why but even with subscription I can only see the trailers which is obviously not going to be enough, so unsubscribed… would have been a great app to have if it actually worked.
I can’t play anything [NOT FIXED!] Disappointed
I just signed up because I was so excited to see some short movies a friend had recommended to me. But I can't play anything! The app it's broken! I'm so disappointed 🙁 *UPDATE: It worked for like a day and then it stopped again. The support team just quit on me, never replied, or try to fix the issue.

More overpriced subscription trickery
I wanted to watch a short I had heard of, and saw that you could sign up for free- great!
Once I downloaded the app it promoted me to start a free trial, after which it’s £6 per month. To cancel I had to go into the App Store and unsubscribe to avoid being charged, and to delete the account there is another purposefully confusing process.
A shame because I’m sure the content is great, but this whole subscription trickery business really puts me off.

I just started using Argo, and I can’t be happier that I did! I haven’t had the desire watch full length films, and this app provided me with great short films that were exactly the length I wanted.

Been hearing about Argo around my college campus, but I never knew what it was. But it’s a dope app, and it’s super easy to find films by genre when I’m interested. Solid app.
