I ordered two PC monitors but only received one. I contacted Argos to resolve the issue, and they asked me to wait over a week for a response from the manufacturer—a request I was happy to accommodate. Later, when I followed up, they said they couldn't get in touch with the manufacturer, so they would deduct the cost of the undelivered item from my Argos card; I readily agreed to this as well. Now, however, as the matter remains unresolved, they are once again telling me to wait another 7–10 days. I am truly losing patience with them; it’s a terrible experience. I will never shop on this platform again—it is nowhere near as reliable as I once thought.

Nightmare to login
The app since the change from the previous app was a a nightmare to login to just spins as if it’s loading keep trying both on mobile data and WiFi very hit and miss as to whether I’ll actually get logged in
Sign in issues
Have been unable to sign in to my account for months. Have contacted the customer services many times and still unable to sign in to purchase items .
Works
Normally works fine. Loses a star because of the amount of junk they sell like £50 keyboards that don’t work properly and controllers that break after a month. Loses another star for trying to upsell overpriced insurance constantly on cheap items.
Discount Codes
Adding discount codes is not intuitive or easy. Seriously….put them in the obvious place!

Unable to purchase items because of payment failures bug on the app try contacting customer service with no results because its a automated system/AI useless service in all might be the worse app to spend your money!!

Nothing is working. I try to press delivery - it bounces me back to collection. I try to enter my address - it says there’s a glitch and empties my basket. I’m trying for the 10th time at this moment. Please sort it!! It should not be this hard!!

Argos Plus not working after purchase
I bout an annual delivery pass but it didn’t work after the first time, I tried to message Argos but the chat kept sending me round in circles. Got fed up in the end so will be requesting a refund. Not good if you want to order something quickly. Argos, do better.

Took my money then cancelled order. Then said I have to wait 5 days for money to arrive back. So now I can’t buy for 5 days.

Even leaving a review is difficult! App keeps saying try again later, when pressing that nothing happens. I did try later with Amazon and bought from them, simple
