Unable to register or pay with Apple Pay
Really poor app, I’m trying to register and it just fails and trying to pay with Apple Pay and it keeps failing. Awful experience.
Terrible UI
I had to zoom in to the max to press the cancel order option because the task bar was blocking it.
Faulty
Told me my password was wrong but not sent reset email. I have managed to pat but still no confirmation
They cancelled my order
Cancelled my order saying they had a problem with the watch I ordered when in fact the app allowed me to reorder for a few pounds more the exact same watch . They should have honoured their price instead of playing cheap games . Very dissapointing . Please try to avoid them , I will!!

Used to be good - very functional now it tries to upsell all sorts of rubbish and credit, as well as having unnecessary presses to decline ‘offers’ from Disney plus and Apple Music.
I just want to purchase what I placed in my trolley. Not be bombarded with marketing.
Having to sign in separately with the new Apple Pay (even from the Apple Pay app!) instead of the old style card makes this a worse experience.
Please fire the work experience person who appeared to be in charge of this updated app.
The old app was way better, simpler and more functional

The app isn’t aligned with online website when logged in.
The app isn’t completely user friendly as it refreshes itself each time when going onto something onto the wish list and back. When logged onto a computer and signed in, the wish list is not the same as what is on the app. The search isn’t as good as it could be, stock is always unavailable and should be hidden away with available stocks only.

Tricky
I’ve had a lot of difficulty logging in to shop and pay since changes have been made to my Argos pay account. I will probably just pay it off and end the agreement, it’s too time consuming.
Never accepts password !!
Every single time I use the app I have to reset my password ! Never on the normal webpage … very frustrating

Altered from Delivery to Collection with no warning
Order cancelled & sale lost. If I select delivery, I don’t want to be forced into a collection in a city miles from where I live. Useless!
Argos Pay
Why did you have to change the Argos credit system, never had an issue all the time I used, paid my buy now pay 6 months later on time every time. Wouldn’t use your new Argos pay as I’d just rather use my own credit card and keep my purchases small until interest free offers elsewhere on larger items. Currys creation is a better option now

Love the app but it drives me nuts that when I click something in my wishlist then go back it takes me back to the top of the list instead of where I was so I have to scroll all the way back down! I have a long wishlist!
Don’t be fooled by pickup texts
Ordering from Argos you get a text telling you it’s quicker to pickup with the app. It’s a lie to get their app downloaded. Nothing in the app lets you collect an order quicker, just shows you your order number which is already on the text message! They just want the app on your phone!

USELESS AND FRUSTRATING
Does not work! Go round in circles keep asking me to sign in, add address..over and over. I dont see why they even need all my details including my knicker size just to do a quick collection! Every time I put an address in it went back to the same page.. nor would it accept my phone number in any format, what a total joke Argos.. you lost a big sale there. I have now deleted this app
and will go in Bn M instead.
