Other enhancements include enhanced chat capabilities allowing users on both Arial Mobile and Arial Web Clients to quickly converse. Arial Mobile now offers “staff assist” via the bell icon on the main user interface, allowing users to quickly alert other staff members of events or need of assistance. For proper feature functionality, please update your Arial Server and Web Client.
