Use another software

Their support is terrible, the application doesn’t work well, report information is regularly lost, the company implements changes without warning that create additional man hours required to perform their regularly assigned tasks. Been utilizing the company for a few years and still doing “1st time” reports for location due to the changes. They recently moved everything online and “turned off” this app but the online platform has even more problems. Was once a great thing, now garbage. Developer fail.

Save your field time and money by using another app

Regularly offline. Loses information. Redundant questions. Technical support non-existent. Bug ticket requests go unresolved, no communication from company with problems or solutions.

Don’t Use

This trash is worse than if a second grader made an app you had to use every day for everything you do at work. Literally. I promise you in a hour I could teach a 5 year old to code better than the people that made this app. Everything is wrong. Throw this away and start over. This was not even a good attempt. It’s the most lazy try I’ve ever seen. They will lose all customers and go bankrupt because of the coder that doesn’t know how to do simple coding they teach you the first week of school for app making. Stay away. Don’t use this app even under duress, threats of violence or government tyranny.

GFY Aries

230+ device report that my guy at the panel didn’t answer “make” & “model”. “Complete Report” makes me answer every single one before I can finally submit. About 80+ devices answered, accidentally swipe right back to “Complete Report” and I lose EVERY ANSWER I just entered! GFY Aries, GFY. Not the first time it’s happened either. And why do I have to be constantly on the internet???? It couldn’t have been designed to work offline and then upload later??? What a waste of battery power, gigabytes and sanity.
