Not just me all my friends got same issue, even used paid subscription, it doesn’t work, customer care Sk t even reply Don’t even think of buying premium, With years of swipe all I got was just 1 match, this app is a serious time waste. Very limited free swipe and that 1 match I got to reply that I got to pay ! The worst dating app ever.

Definetly bot- i have been using the app for a month not! I have over 20 people like me but i have to upgrde to see them. The 2 people i matched, never once responded.

Subscription Error and No Customer Support Available worst experience
I purchased a subscription using Apple Wallet. While the charge went through and the active subscription shows up properly in my iPhone settings, it completely fails to appear inside the app. When I try using the "Restore Purchase" button, it just gets stuck on an infinite loading screen and goes nowhere. To make matters worse, there is no in-app section or contact option to chat or connect with customer care for help. Very frustrating experience—please fix this bug and add a support channel!

I think there is a bug in the Arike app. I keep getting matches with profiles that don’t match my preferences, even though I selected different criteria. I’ve been using this app for about a year now, and the experience has been very disappointing. It feels like I need to be in my 20s to get better matches. Overall, a very bad experience

Stupid app development and marketing
Even you pay also, premium subscription, you won’t be able to see, all the profile in the country where you stay, if it’s in Germany, for example, you can’t see all profiles, the app is constructed in such a way that, 3 profiles per day even its Arike select, best would be purchasing the premium, the function of premium is the same 3 profiles per day, don’t waste money buying Arike select. This is kind of cheat.
