News dates ambiguous
Arirang News shows incorrect dates. As of 4/20 there is news posted for 5/1. Not being able to be sure what happened most recently kinda defeats the purpose of news reporting.
Disappointed
I used listen to this radio station on SiriusXM all the time it was never a problem. Now when I try to stream it on CarPlay, it constantly crashes, like every few minutes. I wish it were still available on SiriusXM. The developers need to really update something so that it works on CarPlay. So many cars now have CarPlay, it’s pretty much the way of the times. Can you fix it? It’s really impossible to use in the car.

잘 사용하고있어요
저는 아이폰6 사용하는데 버그가 수정되서인지 문제없이 잘 사용하고있어요. 폰 화면 끄고 라디오처럼 사용할 수 있어서 좋아요. 사용 중에 알람 문제도 해결되었네요. 좋아요*****

팟캐스트 들을때 하나 끝나면 다음트랙으로 자동으로 넘어갔으면 좋겠어요. 운전중에 끝나면 수동으로 선택해야해서 불편하네요. 다양한 주제 들을수 있게 랜덤재생도 있었으면

업데이트 개편은 청취율 감소목적?
출퇴근하며 라디오 백그라운드 재생 잘 쓰고 있었는데 리뉴얼 후 listen now를 눌러도, watch now를 눌러도 영상이 재생되고 백그라운드 재생이 잘 안되는데, 청취율 감소시키기 위한 목적인가요? 그게 아니라면 개편된 앱 사용법 공지라도 잘 띄우시던가요. How to listen이나 faq를 누르면 페이지찾을수없다는 오류창은 덤. 개발앱 업체에 뭐 잘못한거 있으세요?

Where’s the old episodes from music access?

Every time I click on the song list the app shuts down. Unable to access the song list on the app. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling. The issue persists. Same thing goes when I try to send a message in the app

지난 방송 그냥 쭉 틀어 놀고싶은데 짧은 방송인데 계속 눌러줘야하는점이 불편하네요

it's been TWO YEARS since the last update. This app malfunctions so much on carplay. I'm not buying SiriusXM just to get it to work all the time
Make the app compatible with carplay, update the design and make it stop crashing on iOS14. Get it together. Look at how bad your reviews are!!!!
The cellular network notice EVERY TIME I OPEN THE APP is not only disruptive but it slows the music starting. I’m not interested in confirming this every time I want to listen to Arirang. Please remove this irritating alert and make the app more usable. Also what year do you think it is that we still are on 3G? America has sailed beyond that already. If you’re going ti bother with such a useless bit of information, at least make it locally relevant and correct.

툭 툭 끊깁니다
잘 듣고 있습니다만...
앱을 실행하고 20분 정도 지나면 몇 초 간격으로 툭 툭 끊깁니다. 앱을 메모리에서 삭제하고 다시 실행해야 해결 됩니다만, 다시 20분 정도 지나면 마찬가지입니다.
