Are they seriously wanting to charge $9 a month. What for ? A nice metal debit card ? NOPE!!!!! Nothing. The GUI looks and feels like it’s from the 80’s.? Very complicated and all over the place. The color choices are unappealing This just might be a money grab parlor trick. Cause they seem to have no talented programmers Just the founders only input Go open a business found account. They sort out taxes for free There’s also other accounts that are free with great tech support and 1000 times better than this garbage. Can’t even close the account without a hassle. EXPENSIVE
Most expensive business banking I have EVER come across. They charge fees for EVERYTHING. Literally unless you’re running a HUGE business bringing in a LOT of money, this bank isn’t for you. This bank absolutely does NOT support small businesses. I can tell you that.
The website is also SO overly complicated and fancy without just getting to the points and the basics of the bank and its services.
Just horrible. I remember when Arival first opened and it was amazing. As it’s gotten bigger, it’s just become just an expensive blackhole of fees. At this point you can literally go to ANY OTHER BANK, and there’s quite literally a MILLION other options to chose from, that don’t charge you even a FRACTION of Arival’s ridiculous fees. In fact, a majority of those banks offer what Arival does AND MORE for FREE. Isn’t that crazy?
I legitimately don’t understand what Arival is charging all these outrageous fees for when every other bank in the USA can offer these same services and more for free. I am so confused by this. It just doesn’t make sense. Seems like just a way to steal money from business owners.
