The app used to be simple and easy But now download and download The problem is my phone won’t download it so paying my payment won’t be as simple Why couldn’t they leave it alone when it was working so well an simple
Not working anymore
Same for me. App stopped working about 5 months ago. Has not been fixed or updated. Have to go to website instead.
About as good as their customer service!
You would think with how much interest these guys charge on all their loans they could afford to make a half way decent app but nope it never loads or crashes within seconds of opening it and haven’t been able to use it for months
Won’t open
Thought it was just me before I saw the other review. The app was working fine few months ago and now it will not open at all. I’ve deleted and downloaded again twice. It’s a shame because it’s a great app, very easy to use. Hopefully it gets fixed.
