Smooth and clean app
Betfred has a great interface, is quick and has most sports. They have also have good promos and customer service is quick and on point. Very happy they updated the app and are fast at responding.

Liars
I haven’t been able to withdraw my winnings in over three weeks. I have contacted their “ customer service” agents multiple times telling them their withdraw option it’s working and that I just want a check mailed. Three weeks later, no check mailed and my winnings still in the account. This app is by far the worst one!!! Once I finally get my money, I’m deleting this app. It’s horrible. Sketchy business. Avoid at all cost.

not the best app in the game. love to see more markets and player prop options. but the customer service is much better. Always helping me with any issue. I just call up and the team resolves my issue quickly. And friendly. Which is rare. Thanks guys!

I started my first betting on Betfred and have won multiple times. The app has improved over time and has not given me any problems. When there is a problem the staff is quick to fix the issue.

Amazing customer service compared to other sports books! Called the customer service line and was on hold for less then a minute with a customer service rep named Aryeh, he was extremely helpful and efficient!

I have and use every sports betting app available in AZ. BetFred is by far the best customer service I have received. Between the live chat option, quick email replies as well as quick calls from them, I am impressed (which isn’t easy to do). The app is easy to use and love the promotions they offer.

Great Service
My experience with Betfred has been positive. They have a nice betting menu to choose from, fair live odds, and good promos. Their customer service has been excellent in my interactions with them. If there’s ever an issue, it gets addressed by customer service quickly. The only thing I’d recommend is having more overnight lines available since it’s difficult to wake up early enough sometimes to bet openers in the morning.

Easy to use
They have a very lenient first bet policy, place any $50 bet no matter the odds and you win $111 of in app credit. Customer service was quick and lot friendlier than most of the other sports betting apps.

Does recognize when you’re logged in. Poor location services
The app will decide that you’re not logged in because it can’t do a location search fast enough. It’ll show I’m logged in but won’t show me my bets since it could grab my location.

One of the best books
The overall app isn’t the best but when it comes to the book and the people running it, they are top notch. Win or lose they seem to be concerned about there customers and how there bets are going. They have different promos than just posted, just have to play long enough and be a loyal Freder.

I’ve been using Betfred for almost a week now and I’ve really enjoyed it. I would like to see more bets available for nfl games like some of the other sportsbooks but other than that, I’ve really enjoyed this Sportsbook. Also, the customer service has been amazing!

Doesn’t work well
Most of the time when I click on an event to see the updated line, I get a blank page. Very annoying. I’ve tried restarting phone, etc., but still frequently have this problem. Going to close account.
