Access to essential info
The app works fine but you must sign up using a web browser and not in app. It’s much easier and faster, then return to the app and log in. Love that you can add dependents to your main profile when you set it up in a web browser. Now you can carry the entire family proof of insurance card, doc info, essential phone numbers in the app.

Broken App
Once I log into the app an error msg comes up that it can’t display the page and from there it just goes into infinite load. Would be nice to be able to look over my health care. Would rate zero stars if I could.
Exception error
Exception error, immediately after login. The app just hangs and timer icon rotates continuously. Terrible !

Zero stars < headache
I was directed today to download this app as they said it would be helpful. The only thing that this app has given me is a migraine. I was able to create my User name and password. Next your supposed to login and register your card info and that’s where it all stopped for me. It said I needed to refresh the screen, but there was no way to do it. I swiped away the app and tried to log in. Then it wouldn’t log me in without an orange error message saying “Unauthorized User.” I changed my password and tried again, same problem! I’m not sure what this app is supposed to do because it’s not doing anything.
