I’m already enrolled
App now wants me enroll. I already enrolled before. When I put my number in, it won’t let me hit continue. I can’t find any other way to login. The app is now worthless.
Impossible to take selfie
I tried three times to line up the lines with my nose to take the selfie and all three times it was impossible to do. Stupid. I gave up.
Won’t work when you actually need it
First off, it took at least 5 attempts downloading and deleting the app over and over again to be able to proceed with adding my ID. Then, took several attempts over 2 days to just add my ID. Finally added it and never really used the app other than to show my friends. The only time I truly need it, the app logged me out and I had to re-start the process. Just like when I first downloaded the app, I was never able to even add my ID.

Doesn’t work properly
WON’T EVEN ALLOW ME TO USE THE CAMERA TO GET A PICTURE OF MY ID! Just shows a black screen.
Difficult to verify
After repeated attempts, I keep getting error messages and cannot get verified. Had it activated before I got a new phone but now it is a problem.
Trash App
Everytime I go to use the app, it wants me to use my face. Then it locks me out. This app is trash. Give me an option to not use the useless face login.
Buggy and unreliable
App crashes my iphone while photographing id and again while trying to take my photo.
Doesn’t get past orange FRONT OF ID page. Simply doesn’t work.
Great concept, poor execution. App has access to camera, yet can’t scan ID to enter.
Not Working !
The app won’t allow me to sign up. It has camera access but still will not open the camera and instead shows a black screen with an orange border to align the ID up. But won’t show anything?

Need physical ID for this
This app is a joke. It makes you scan in your physical ID. Why can’t you log in using AZ MVD Now credentials to pull the data in? I downloaded this for the reason that I don’t have your physical ID.

Frequently fails to recognize Face ID log in. Useless tbh
They have not made any effort to fix anything with this app in almost a full year. Shameful.

Worst app I have ever used
For 4 years I have tried to get this stupid app to load my drivers license and it has never worked, I never have problems with iPhone or computer things and this is useless and a waste of time, every time there is an error code and no way to get help. Have never been this aggravated with any kind of tech stuff. Negative 5 stars

This has never worked for me me this app has only ever given me issues. Telling me I’m “having trouble?” Even when completing the tasks with the facial recognition, I’ve changed phones I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded, truly trash
