App doesn't work anymore
App used to work great but it has stopped working and now every time I open it or try to use it or do anything in it I just get a message that says I have to be geographically in a location that supports them having a license and doing business. It's a mile down the road. đ¤Śââď¸ so I can no longer use the app at all, which is a massive inconvenience.

App crash
Application keeps crashing when going on shop literally page just turns completely white. Its been on going for a couple weeks now. And only sometimes lets me order after restarting app like 4-5 times but today it just isnt working at all just keeping the shop page blank.

Iâve deleted and downloaded the app and it wonât work. When I click to open it. All it does is closes the app. It never even fully shows the Home Screen.

I absolutely adore this company and will always shock to her, but this is literally the worst app and website Iâve ever seen in my life.

Theyâre lying about double points for online purchases
Update 6/29/2024: your supposed to get double points for online orders, and either theyâre lying about that or itâs broken.
The app never works for mobile. Orders. You can start the order but clicking submit does nothing. I have to use a web browser, and this isnât an âappâ itâs a web browser disguised as an app it so cheap. There have been other issues over the years and nothing has been done, Iâve talked to store manager and emailed and no one does anything.

Terrible app doesnât work 99% of the time
Like the tie says it just doesnât work, it wonât let you place orders for med patients. They recently changed it away from google sign inâs without notice, I can only get theyâre website to work sometimes on my pc. Iâm in IT and it blows my mind how little effort is put into this, even talking to the store theyâre incompetent and donât know what theyâre doing and refuse to fix there mistakes. Just donât use this terrible app.
