Overall, it is an excellent study app with state-specific information. There are multiple questions, though, that count your answer wrong even though it is correct and is even stated correctly in the explanation. Also, the maximum state interest rate is incorrect, stating 6%. It is 10% in the state of Arizona. Air space above the property being public is also questionable. It could use an update to ensure accuracy.
