Stupid App
We were traveling through Arizona for only a few days. Other states have apps like this which are 100% free. I had no idea there was a charge for this app until we got billed for it. this app is worthless. Every other state I’ve traveled in has a free app like this, however, they actually work surprise surprise. I would like a refund of the charge and if that does not occur, I will be making a complaint directly to Apple for misrepresentation.

The App Store makes it clear that there is a $1.99 charge for this app. It is not worthless, it provides quick access to traffic incident information and traffic cameras. You can request a refund via Apple if you so wish. Kind Regards, Andy

Hi, sorry to hear you are experiencing some problems. The app is working fine, traffic conditions are being reported and all cameras are available - perhaps not in the exact area you need but this is outside my control. Please check your data connection, perhaps there is an issue with your internet/mobile provider. Thanks, Andy
