Mobile Banking?
Absolute rubbish, can’t make a deposit. Camera doesn’t function and it locks the phone up. Only option is to kill the app.
The WORST
This is the worst banking app on the planet. It takes forever to load or just doesn’t load at all. I would try to transfer money into my checking. It says it transfers but when I try to use my card it declines. Log back into the app and it never transferred.
Bad app
I do not like this app. Every time I have checked on my account it takes to long because I am constantly waiting for my transactions to load. Please get this taken care of. I have banked with you since 2006.
Bad update
The update is terrible it doesn’t even open. It keeps saying “COMMUNICATION ERROR”
Its mobile deposit doesn’t work. It does not have an ACH transfer option ( can’t send money to an external account from this app)

Update is terrible
I can’t log into my account ever since this app has been updated, it either takes forever loading, says I have the wrong password (when I know I don’t, I wrote it down long ago) or it completely kicks me off the app saying I don’t have a clear signal when I’m right next to my wifi router. The app has always been incredibly annoying and not user friendly, but this is a new level! I’m about to switch banks if you guys can’t figure out your online banking. You don’t need an app for TWO locations, a simple website would do just fine. FIX THIS NOW PLEASE, you have inconvenienced hundreds of people.
