Never was able to set it up

I never received the email with the code to activate this app and based on the other reviews - I think I’m glad I never got it set up.

Will not open

App will not open after updating my iPhone. I can’t unlock my debit card. A big inconvenience.

App Crashes on Launch

The App has not been functioning after updating iOS to version 16.4. This issue has been present for more than a week and AFCU has been slow to respond for requests to expedite a fix They have stated that they are at the mercy of their developers. More support is needed for this App.

Horrible connection

Whenever it decides to allow me connect again I will be unlocking my card and deleting this app because it’s too much of a hassle to use. Right now it’s saying my financial institution is unavailable and all I’m trying to do is use the card defend app to unlock my card.

App doesn’t work properly

Works great the first time you use it after the download, but then all you see is the cards shuffling up and down. Have to power my phone off and back on to get it to work each time I want to open the Card Defend App. Hopefully it’s fixed soon.
