Old and outdated
Not very user friendly due to old design. App definitely needs to be updated. I quit using it within minutes of downloading the app.
App is useless. No locate functionality
App is all just fine print about digging and locates. There is no process to enter a locate ticket as given in the description.
Waste of time
App doesn’t work at all. Can’t even sign up because the app jumps around and won’t let you fill in the spaces.
Unfortunately this app does little compared to the potential it could have
Minimal functionality, not very user friendly. Entry page isn’t even setup for proper viewing on mobile devices. No ability to review or search for outstanding tickets already called in.
I guess maybe if you are a design member or a surveyor it could be a completely different story but as an excavator, and frequent caller, it’s more frustrating than just calling in to the hotline with each question or concern.
If done correctly this app could eliminate a large portion of calls requesting locates, advising of change orders, simple inquiries related to existing/pending tickets; all of which are currently handled, entered, and routed through a live operator. This could be a great source for incredibly valuable information, legal statutes and requirements, permitting questions, communications boards, etc.
Hopefully this will be revised and changes made and I can redownload a functional app/valuable business tool....until then....we will be talking often via phone calls
