Great scopes from a awesome company. Customer service is very good as well.
Needs a hard copy guide
Not at all “ intuitive” to use the product hand book is virtually useless
The aftermarket support is on line so need internet connection bit difficult in country setting whilst out with a gun and Arken scope
Do not get me wrong the Zulus day/ night scope is a stunning bit of kit and great value for money ONCE IT IS SET UP !
The problem is the lack of a proper “ how to” instruction book
ON LINE SUPPORT IS USELESS too many bits of electronic tech to juggle in the countryside and setting up a rifle and zeroing cannot be done else where !!!

Don’t connect on WiFi with Apples latest software 😞
Confirmed using wife’s IPad with older software 👍🏽 worked straight away 😊
