Quite literally the worst app
This app is garbage. I’ve tried to reach out to support and they’re 0 help. I’ve reached out to program managers in facility and have been belittled. It doesn’t let you find programs by person, if you try to go back it takes you to the main screen and makes you redo the searches. It is more or less unusable…. And no one cares.

No Tech Support
Apparently an update was pushed out that causes some users to be unable to log into the app. I contacted the Y and was told oh yeah they pushed out an upgrade. Well my app still isn’t working. Is there someone I can talk too? No sorry you’ll have to try to logging in tomorrow. Seriously???
