I like the original this is so confusing. I can’t even move without the alert going off. I can’t seem to figure out how to have it go on and off at certain times it’s just all day and all night. It’s not easy to figure out any part of this. How can I get the old version back?

Worst Customer Service - missing cameras
Arlo Customer Support is the worse. We purchased 5 cameras and only 3 showed up. Contacting them is a mangled mess as you can’t directly talk to anyone, but you do it through chat only to wait for a call by them. The service person just argued with me. Why?!! 😟
Someone made a mistake in the warehouse or they got my cameras for themselves. Amazon customer service is terrific as they make it right at the time you contact them. It’s been a week with Arlo and I’m missing my order.
Now, I am filing with BBB and credit card company.

Very similar to Life360, but doesn’t have crime information.
Not useful
Doesn’t bring anything to the table my iPhone doesn’t already have for free. Find my works great for my family and I can hold my lock and volume button and call 911 without even having to pull my phone out of my pocket not to mention I have the 14 which has crash detection. Just another overpriced subscription plan from Arlo.

Instructions to invite friend to family safety do not specify that new person has to create their own account. Once signed into an account, cannot exit it to sign into a separate account. Even when uninstalling and reinstalling the app and deleting the PW. This makes it impossible to add a friend.
Overall, many instructions are not clear and support is blocked by a bot with a mind of its own.
The hardware for this system is great.
But documentation and support is extremely lacking and frustrating.
