Poorly Designed, Awful User Experience
The app is so poorly designed you can’t get a basic statement of all the claims submitted, amounts paid, and any additional remaining amounts on one screen/report. The company denies claims at a rate of 10 to 1, and will ask for information well beyond the federal requirements in order to deny claims.

App super easy to use!! It’s great!!

This app is super easy to use and I can easily make a claim the second I receive my bill! Highly recommend
Improvement Suggestions
These few simple enhancements to this app would be very helpful for users -
1. When submitting a claim, default the end date automatically to the entered start date instead of current date,
2. Allow user to upload multiple photos at one time, and
3. Ask if more time is needed before automatically logging users out, or at least give a 2 minute warning before automatically logging users out. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been automatically logged out in the middle of submitting a claim.
