You can establish consistent habits and reusable templates—specifying minutes saved per instance, projected frequency, and associated costs—while also logging backlogs, the costs of delays, and attention interruptions. By selecting a 7-, 30-, or 90-day view, you can analyze how assets and liabilities jointly impact recoverable time and save current valuations. Habit check-ins, template reuse, and "debt" repayments generate timestamped activity logs, which form the basis for monthly reports summarizing actual time recovered and repaid. Multiple check-ins on the same day do not result in cumulative totals, preventing the overestimation of a habit's actual yield. Income and expenses are recorded separately; time valuations are not counted as cash income.
