Change of login I’d
I have logged in with my colleagues I’d bcs my ID was not working. It got mapped to my device. Now I m not able to login with my credentials even after reinstalling. It automatically picks his I’d. If Anyone can give inputs pls
Riddled with bugs, UI needs a huge facelift
The app is riddled with bugs. Every three days out of the week, you encounter server errors which is quite disappointing.
You’re never notified with roster changes - this keeps you hooked to the app. Someone was right - we’re not in 2005.
Finally, the UI is basic - yes it serves the purpose, but the BA and design team need to sit together and make it look better.

Notifications
If we can get notifications when ever the changes to our roster it will be great feature for a crew instead of opening the app every time for a day to day changes

Resend button isn’t working, it closes the app.
Unable to sync
Tried deleting and re installing for number of times, but the app freezes and doesn’t respond.

It's not working in my iphone xr after client id page directly login page is getting open. I’m entering correct username and password but still it shows invalid username and password.

Doesn’t get logged in
I’m an ios user , though i had the same app in my iphone 6 and it worked pretty well in it but since now I’m trying to use it in my iphone Xr it’s not getting logged in n is showing incorrect user name and password where as with the same user name and password it is working on my other phone!! I’m like so annoyed!!!

Unable to sync
I am unable to sync my roster eve after several trials. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it still it’s not happening.

Ask for password every time I open the app
After the update the app is asking for password every time I open the app. It becomes difficult for me to use this app when I am out of network and inflight .

Need to enter password everytime
App is really nice. But one issue that has come up after latest update is that password is needed everytime. Would be glad if that issue is sorted out. Otherwise loved the app. Quite helpful.
Crew roster is blank
Showing trial version and crew roster is blank. What is happening with this app? Earlier it was good.

Nice app. Feasible to check my roster and document validity.
But after the update, 2.4.0 the app become trial version and saying not for operational use.
On this version app asking every time to enter a password to log in.
Kindly fix the error and the previous version 2.0.17 is stable.

NEW VERSION OF ARMS ON MOBILE 2.4.0 have so many issues
New version (2.4.0) of Arms on mobile is not working at all.
Like :1- evertime asking for Password for login.
2- Showing on Top (⚠️This is trail Veraion not For Operation Use).
3- taking so much time to open .
4- Dont sync full Roster
5- Dont give any notifications for any Changes in Roster
6- Dont SYNC FDTL
7- Dont sync Documents Validity
8- Only showing few flights .. like for 7 days flights insted of Full months
Please rectify all these errors

App not working
Application is completely shut doesn’t accept any IATA code for client ID. If through that hurdle it doesn’t accept my user ID & password for the roster.
