I met Savannah a few days ago, and she was very helpful and very polite
And Sierra help get me signed in and ran through all the options that the bank had to offer. I felt like I had a red carpet, rolled out,
And Tammy, I’m not Tammy and we had a nice friendly conversation
the next day I had to come back and I went through the drive-through and there was Tammy greeting me. It was felt like. It was so awesome.
I didn’t know what to expect
But I felt very welcome and they were very encouraging and teaching me new things that were just different from other banks I would recommend Armstrong to anybody that was looking for a financial reliable❤️

Easy to Use and so many great features for me and my business.
Beware-This bank will terminate your online access.
Per bank policy, online access will be terminated if you don’t use it every 6 months. Reactivation requires every imaginable piece of information. Therefore this account of 20+ years is now unsuitable for our purposes because we are often away for extended periods of time. Furthermore, the customer service agent chose to be argumentative and would not provide a manager’s information.

Locked out..Can’t use it now
Can’t afford a new phone .. and can’t upgrade to iso 17 so now app won’t work and is useless.. iphonex
Can’t use app now because my phone is too old
I have an iPhone 8 Plus & because I can’t update to iso 17 I can’t update my Armstrong app. I know I need a new phone but it’s still frustrating regardless.
