NOT WORKING
It is not working as it should.
Worst app ever
This is by far the most convoluted non-user friendly app I’ve ever used. The registration process must have been developed to waste everyone’s time. I gave up. Trash.
Needs Connection to the internet?
Worked fine until a couple weeks ago. Now it claims it isn’t connected to the internet. Have restarted phone, closed app, etc. nothing resolved the issue. Renders both this an Hupori unusable
Doesn’t keep up
The process for this is was a pain to get. Once I had it worked fine. When I updated my phone from iOS 16 or 18 to this new 26 the app stopped working. Giving me the message that it needs internet. I am using cellar and/or WiFi to gain access neither work. What an annoyance.
Service is down
I have been trying to connect to this service for about a week to get a code for Hypori. The app says, “Army MobileConnect needs a connection to the internet.” I’ve tried on WiFi and on phone data. I’ve cycled my phone data and cycled airplane mode as well. Nothing has worked. Anyone with a clue, please help!?

App says it will not function without internet while actively being connected to the internet. Great job Army.
Jan27 outage
The app has stopped working for me. It says it doesn’t have an internet connection which then renders this app useless and I’m no longer able to generate an authentication code for Hypori.
App broken. Customer support link broken.
App says phone isn’t connected to internet but I’m posting this here… Clicked the “report an issue” button and it brought me to a broken URL.
Works well
2026 version is pretty seamless in terms of setup and execution. Not sure if every DoW site supports MobileConnect, but if they do the ap works well. If they don’t, that’s not really the ap’s fault.
Unreliable
Black screens, no tokens generated. Why did this app suck? Hypori is great but not if we have to rely on this junk.
Will not connect

I can use it to log into Hypori, so it’s got that going for it. Frustrated that it’ll only open in landscape mode on iPad.
Hangs on IOS 18.1
Updated to IOS 18.1 and now the app launches and just gives me the spinning indefinite wait indicator and never moves to the actual OTP screen.
Update from an earlier review
It appears the mobileconnect and Hypori teams have fixed the issues with generating tokens for Hypori. I haven’t had any issues for multiple weeks now
Does not connect to internet
The app is glitchy and does not connects to the internet even with full cell coverage or on wifi. I hate that hyproi has to rely on this app to authenticate to work. This app never works.
Stuck on code scanner
Constant issues with this app. I’m currently stuck on the code scanner.
Zero
I’m glad the developers updated the UI and the security framework however, now I get an error whenever I try to open the app saying internal data corruption and I can’t even utilize it for the one purpose it’s meant for giving me an authentication code. Please fix this gets a zero out of five stars as of right now as it is unusable.

Won’t work
Gives me an error of internal data corruption. Deleting and redownloading did not fix

The authentication server is constantly down, making it impossible to authenticate to Hypori.
