Out of Date
The application instructions say to log into my Ticketmaster acct . This year and last this has been seat geek . There is no reason to need 3 apps to get a ticket to a game ( navy athletics, armynavygame, and SeatGeek) . My tickets are not showing in the app and all I get is seat geek trying to sell me new tickets .

CANNOT EDIT OR CANCEL TICKET LISTING
I tried calling SIDEARM sports (the app developer) customer service and the number goes directly to a voicemail.
This is an awful app and honestly unnecessary- there doesn’t need to be a middle man for Ticketmaster. HATE.

Terms and Agreements
The terms and agreements for Gillette Stadium pop-up window does not work and prevents access to tickets. Clicking agree to terms says “something went wrong”’ try again gets the same results. Clicking disagree gets a forced logout.

Instructions provided by the Athletic Associations are not precisely worded. Which account am I supposed to use? Found the app intrusive. Game has started, time to delete it.
An app for a day?
Requiring fans to get an app to use one day out of a year is dumb. What are the odds this “service” won’t last and a new system will be needed to manage tickets next year? High.
At least the friends I am transferring tickets to won’t have to get the app…which is also why I shouldn’t need it for the game. I have no issue with tech that has utility. This app is linked to Ticketmaster via the MetLife Stadium venue. It’s just an unnecessary step since I already have the Ticketmaster app.
