No Background Play
Why does this app exist if it redirects you to website when playing a radio station. And ensuring that background play does not work in Apple CarPlay. Last update 1 year ago. Shame.

Doesn’t work on app or webpage!
The app only directs you to the webpage but even the radio on the browser doesn’t work. I’ve tried troubleshooting and different ARN channels but they only play on and off few seconds at a time. Very frustrating.

Can’t even call it sub par
This app is a joke. It actually does not stream anything. It takes you to your browser which then streams (barely) the desired station. The “streaming” was choppy, would stop playing randomly and would become unclear/garble randomly. Felt like it was created by an barely functioning tech literate middle age guy 10 years ago and never updated. Management should be embarrassed!

Worst app now
Your team work on this app, it seems you are using third party of to play your radio. Once we ply music our mobile should keep it on without lock.
Poor app, even worse web player
The app is poor - I listen to Dubai Eye and the app just takes me to the web player. The web player is even worse for several reasons: 1. The sound frequently drops - I lose sound for 10 seconds or longer at which point I just refresh the web player and press play, which brings me to the next issue. 2. Every time I refresh and press play, I hear the same ad play almost every time (yes American Hospital!!), which is even more frustrating if I have to refresh several times when the sound drops 3. I listen with my AirPods, and every time I take out them out, the web player registers it as stop/pause - this feature might be useful if I’m listening on demand, eg spotify, but not for a live broadcast. 4. When I then try to press play on the web player without first refreshing the page, you can hear it buffer and a ‘sped up’ sound as if the player is trying to catch up with the live broadcast. Which takes me back to #2!! 5. If I’m listening to the broadcast while browsing other apps/ websites with videos with sound, the web player stops/pauses. Again, perhaps useful if I’m listening on demand, but not for a live broadcast. Which takes me back to #2. Please fix - if it wasn’t because of the content I wouldn’t bother with it at all.

When I play the radio it will direct to the browser of the phone and stop playing when goimg back to app itself.
It should be played on same app because it cannot message directly to the app while listening.

It’s just a browser launcher.
Forces selection of interests at start. Doesn’t play stations within the app itself, loads a page in your browser to do it.
Doesn’t work
It won’t play Dubaieye in the app. It only forwards me to the website. Why bother with a 50mb app that only replaces a bookmark in safari?
