Horrible App
I cannot gain access to app, I deleted thinking it might have upgraded. Now I can’t gain access and before this the app kept dropping the wifi. I paid a lot of money for this item for it to break 3 months later!
Can’t set password
Very bad application can not set up password or register anythings
No wifi connection
I am not able to connect the diffuser device to my wifi using this app. I can only connect to Bluetooth which means when I leave the house the machine shuts down! Im very frustrated since this is supposed to be a app controlled device.
After Further Review-It Is Worth The Hassle
After writing a 1 star review below, I have changed my mind. This app works fine and I give it 4 stars now. It does pretty much everything I needed it to do and right away. Please disregard the review below but you still need 2.4GHz Internet connection. Previous Review: I actually got it to work after many many hours. You can only connect to this app with 2.4 GHz. 5 GHz you will not be able to connect. After I got connected, I can only control the run time on and time off for the machine. None of the other functions (On/Off, Scent Level, Fan) work. Not worth the hassle. But I WAS connected but not anymore.

Can’t Register
This app requires you to register, but the code necessary to complete registration is never sent. I would rate this zero stars as it does not work at all.

I can only connect using blue tooth. But that drops a lot. Any suggestions? Or another app that’s comparable?
App won’t let me register
Tried to register via phone # and never received a code , did it multiple time. Tried to register via email and received Code , entered code , clicked next, entered password and get Cell Phone verification code is wrong or expired
