The app & device work
The device is full charged but doesn’t turn on. The app offers no way to contact anyone for support. The device can’t find Bluetooth or WiFi. I don’t recommend this
Very Weak App
The app only has a one bar connection even when on top of the machine. ( Bluetooth) Does not save the settings. Always reverts to the factory settings. Instructions are poor and hard to follow. Needs fixing real bad.

Worst app ever, doesn’t work
Follow all the instructions and the app doesn’t connect to the diffuser. It ask for the Bluetooth password, when you enter the password it said wrong password. It doesn’t allow to create an account and doesn’t connect through wifi.
Can’t get connected
Have tried for months on my 2.4 g network with no luck. Have to work it manually always. A big pain. Will be moving to the Aroma 360.

The app is extremely spotty. Not working. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and still not working
Frustrating
The diffuser linked at 1st. Now it will not find my item with Bluetooth. And the setting up a schedule is useless. Constant errors and time is in military time. Always says the start time can’t be before end time and it’s not.

I don’t know whose bright idea it was to make the software incompatible with my iPhone 17. Your resolution of get a different device that’s not an iPhone 17 is not a resolution! I can’t believe you took my money and I can’t use the system because I can’t connect to it.

Won’t connect - only usable with an app
Despite 3 hours of YouTube videos and troubleshooting wuyh ChatGPT the device won’t connect to Bluetooth or WiFi. Definitely returning - this is not what I paid for. You shouldn’t have to use an app to enjoy a $250 diffuser.
Start and Emd timer UI not functioning properly
The time is already set form 00:00 to 23:59 and is working but when I try to adjust the length of “Work Seconds” and “Pause Seconds” and error pops up. The error is “The start time can not be later the the end time”. This makes no sense as the time has not been tempered with.
I hope you can do further testing on the UI and fix this bug.

Password wrong
The password in the quick set up keeps saying it’s the wrong papers so I can’t connect to the app.
This app is garbage
Seriously, one of the worst apps I have ever seen. Cannot even believe that reputable companies use this app. Never works properly. Loses it’s a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connection consistently. Forget my devices. There’s absolutely no information as far as FAQs or help anywhere on the app. This has gotta be the worst thing I’ve ever seen and unfortunately my aroma devices use this app for control.

Not the worst but not the best
I’m not having any connection issues like others report. But I am having plenty of problems with it not following the timing/schedule and turning or stopping like it’s supposed to.
Buggy App
Originally, I had only one issue with this app in that I couldn’t connect my device via WiFi. Now, I have to be very close in proximity to the device to connect it via Bluetooth. Since it’s installed in my utility room that’s quite inconvenient. Additionally, when I go to edit the schedule lately it keeps giving me an error message about entering the pause time even though all the pause times are entered for the scheduled I have toggled on. Anytime I try to set a schedule for more than one day at a time it causes this issue, but I have also received this error when trying to edit just one day’s schedule.

WiFi option was taken away
This was working ok until the wifi functionality was taken away. The app would sometimes lose wifi and Bluetooth but I just had to turn the device off and to get it to work again. But now the wifi functionality is totally gone. That’s why I give it one star.
Honest review
The app is useful and well built. Three stars because the App will not save the schedule correctly. Keeps showing Sunday only after many attempts.
Have a question troubleshooting
Everything on your website is in another language so I can’t even send an email. I have Aroma-Link MQLMF it found it on Bluetooth the first time I opened it and worked great for a couple of weeks now it won’t find it on my without it what do I do?
