Great app...when it works
I loved the app but now it literally force closes every time I open it. Deleting and redownloading it doesn’t help. This ruins an otherwise great product

Doesn’t work half the time
I bought this diffuser because I could control the length of time and hours to run it. However, since IOS 12.4 it no longer works. I open it and it crashes. I uninstall it, reinstall it and it will work once. So every time I use it, which is every night, I have to do all of the above. It is annoying. When I click on app support, it takes me to a web page that I believe is Chinese. :/

GET IT TOGETHER!
This is the worst app! It shuts down as soon as you open it and then you have to re-download it to your phone. The idea of it is great! Get it together.
Keeps crashing
The humidifier is nice, but the app doesn’t work. It worked the first few times but now when I open the app it just crashes each time. I bought this humidifier for the sole purpose of being able to control it through an app, but clearly it doesn’t do so. Please fix this issue!!!

Giant waste of money
The app hasn’t worked in 6 months or longer and the product in store touts heavily on the use of this app. Either fix your product or pull it from the shelves as people are wasting so much of their money on this.

Stopped working
It was working fine till yesterday. Doesn’t connect anymore , I can’t control the diffuser.

The app works well when it doesn’t force close. I have to keep deleting and downloading the app for it to work. Please fix this bug so I can use my product.

Your app keeps opening and closing! It won’t load
Great app with lots of features .. when it wants to work. I am currently trying to open the app and it keeps closing on me for some reason. I even tried deleting the app and opening it again & I also shut off my phone. Nothing seems to work. Please resolve this ASAP It may not be comparable with iPhone 10

The Aroma Source Application
The application no longer work. When attempting to launch the application, I get directed back to the home screen. Using the onboard tools it works fine. The developers of this apps should take a look at the app and do some updates so that it will work properly
Doesn’t even open
The app only worked on the day I bought the diffuser. The Bluetooth on the diffuser also only worked on the day I bought it. 10/10 would recommend buying a less expensive diffuser if you want mist, because that’s all you’re getting out of this one.
App problems
Oil diffuser is just fine and great. And my Bluetooth connects to it but the app won’t open at all
App crashes
Yep...I bought 2 of these devices and now the app won’t even open. I don’t think the makers of this device are checking these messages. I will definitely NOT recommend this or any product made by them.
