Not what I had hoped
So, I love aromahead. I did the free online course. I was super excited when I found the app and bought it. I was and am disappointed in it. There are not many recipes in the app. There are about 70. And generally one per ‘ailment.’ Not impressed. Wish I could add my own recipes, but can’t find anywhere to do so. Wish it had more to it period.

Highly respected and reliable
You can’t compare this in the least to Pinterest or Google. There’s a LOT of misinformation and dangerous advice floating around out there. Andrea is one of the most knowledgeable and highly respected experts in this field. This app contains solid information and won’t steer you wrong. I’d rather have one of her recipes than 100 times as many misinformed opinions of people who know about 2 cents worth of aromatherapy.

Wonderful App Created by Highly Respected Aromatherapist
Over 100 aromatherapy recipes for various issues: effective DIY housecleaning products, safe cold & flu remedies, wonderful relaxation mixes, and more. The app design is simple and easy to navigate, either by category or alphabetically. It's a great reference, created by one of the most respected aromatherapists in the world, Andrea Butje, who was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA).

My favorite iPhone App
Aromahead's Natural Remedies with Aromatherapy is my favorite App. I love sharing it with my aromatherapy students or looking up a quick and easy recipe for a friend. The 72 recipes are beautifully organized by category: healthy travel, rest & relax, cold & flu, emotional support, pain relief and green clean. It's the best $2.99 I've ever spent on an App. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great app
Very well laid out, easy to navigate app. There are ample recipes for multiple uses. The instructions are very clear on how to make blends. I plan on using this to supplement my knowledge of aromatherapy and to start making my own blends after I become a little more comfortable with the basics.
Safer/Better than Pinterest
Great app and I really like the design! It’s very intuitive and user-friendly. The recipes are perfect for anyone interested in aromatherapy, and I like that they’re from a trusted source instead of some random mommy blog. Simple instructions and easy to follow, and the blends turn out amazing! Great job as always Andrea!

I love this app..
I am impressed by the simplicity and variety of the recipes offered. This app is a visual feast and a good choice for anyone who wants a quick reference with safe, useful aromatherapy recipes for common ailments from a well respected source. ✨Well worth the cost in my opinion!

The only reason I purchased the app was because I wanted safe recipes that were useful for the whole family. Many of the recipes listed are not useful for my family, I feel like I wasted my money. There is only one or two that I MAY use.. Don't spend the money for the app, it's not useful and there isn't many recipes listed for the price! It's like paying for something you don't know what your getting and I didn't like it.. But what can you do after you pay for it!?!? Skip it. Find a free app.

Simple mixes are all found on the internet. This app is not worth paying for. Not impressed.

It's just a collection of recipes, and I bet you don't already have at least one ingredient for almost all of them. Save your money and just search out recipes on Pinterest. Developer, one thing you could do that would vastly improve this app is make an "inventory" section where the user could put the ingredients they own, and would be presented with only recipes they could actually make. Another section could present a suggested basic collection of EO's and carriers, with a bunch of recipes that only used items from that collection.

Good but could be better
The app provides good recipes but would use it more if it provided why the essential oil is in the recipe. Having the important essential oil information (botanical name, chemotype, therapeutic property, note, blends well with, and safety cautions information would make this THE best app available for aromatherapy at your fingertips. I see hundreds of people wanting an app in many aromatherapy social media communities and Aromahead is a trusted source of information....please expand this app!!

Could be better
The recipes are great to have, but I was disappointed with this app because there is no search feature - that I could find anyway. When you're looking for a particular recipe you have to scroll through the whole category! Maybe in the next update please??
Great for newbies to essential oils
This is a nice and handy quick guide for easy recipes using essential oils.

Handy
This is an invaluable app to have when not wanting to dig through to find the right recipe at the time! I use it all the time to help myself, family and friends! I love that it was created by an expert aromatherapist!!! Thanks for creating!
Not opening
Same here--when I open the app's features it just kicks me out. This needs to be fixed and users like us should receive a new version.
