Very, Poorly Designed
This app is awful. You buy a great product and then the app to control it feels like it was designed by a four year old in Malaysia. The working period time for some reason is in military time which I’m not sure why on earth they would set it up that way, the “frequency” section is beyond confusing, etc. This app is simply the farthest thing from being simple, user friendly and easy to use. Hopefully they redesign this soon.

Don’t waste your money getting this. You’ll never be able to adjust through the app. Can’t believe in this day and age of technology that it takes years to fix an app! Very difficult to manually program! I would give it a zero if I could!
Crap software and doesn’t work on Sunday’s
The software is highly flaky and interestingly it doesn’t work on Sunday’s. Not sure if they snooze the connection/servers on Sunday’s ! Need to fix this ASAP.

My opinion only but; if you bought this product thinking that the App would make the deal, you could be very disappointed. I am. I am an EE and member of several software development organizations and I can’t get or even understand why this App is so unreliable. I’ve have tried everything that I can think of. Before you accept the standard response that you are out of range of your WiFi, or there is interference, see if you can ping the machine from your WiFi, I have tools that will automatically do that and the machine responds 100% of the time. My opinion; this is a fundamental code issue in the App. Needs to be fixed there not in your network. Factory restart of the machine each time is not acceptable to me. Still I wait.

Good idea poorly executed
We bought this at the Utah parade of homes about a year and a half ago or more. Product seems great but it never works unless you manually program it. It is offline most of the time. They’ve had a very long time to improve this and I’ve been waiting to write a review because I love it when it works but it’s just a big WHEN. They probably need to hire someone to design a better app that can connect and stay connected or do some kind of update on the units to improve. I can’t recommend this product to friends cause it’s expensive and hardly ever works.

Can’t connect to home WiFi
Similar to other reviews. I have several smart devices in my house. None have had issues connecting to WiFi. This app can’t find home WiFi. 2.4 or 5.
Locks while connecting...if you can even connect
Bought this at Pinners Conference last month. When you can connect, it seems like it’s working. I’ve had it on for one day after spending several weeks trying to connect to WiFi.
I have separate 2.4 and 5g lines, all my other smart items connect JUST fine (over 60 and counting). This one is crap.
I am attempting to tweak times and am now on the connect screen with a spinning “Please Wait”...ten minutes later, attempted to restart process and I’m back to “not found” for the machine. Honestly, they shouldn’t promote this as a working app....because it’s not. I have a paperweight in my furnace room. Very disappointed.

Worst App ever
Doesn’t work, won’t connect. Tried on multiple phones. What a waste of money.
The App is trash
We’ve had our in-house system for 5 months. The apps has significant bugs (buttons don’t work, won’t connect to WiFi, says online when it’s offline) and I have a masters in Computer Information Systems and I’m frustrated!
Faulty App
Purchased this machine due to the app functionality because where machine is mounted you can not access the top mounted display which is also a fail. You are unable to connect the device and not able to type in your WiFi SSID.
Loses connection all the time
The app and unit has to be reset all the time. It’s a pain in the neck. Makes me nervous that it will stop working when I’m away from the house. Needs a vacation mode. Please fix this.
Pretty disappointed
I’m fell in love with the system at the home shows and I was so excited to get it! I’m left feeling completely frustrated as I can’t keep my device “online” therefore I can’t control it AT ALL😖 feel like I just threw 400 bucks down the drain. Hope they fix it.
Very finicky app
I agree with other reviewers, this app is horrible. Sometimes you can actually change the settings on the scent system with the app and sometimes it just won’t work. It’s so confusing. Hoping they’ll fix it because sometimes I can’t alter my scent system at all. Such a pain.
App needs major improvements!
We just got this device, fetched around with the app for a little over an hour trying to get it to connect, and no luck! Finally decided to set the machine up manually, and it literally took 5 mins... WHY do they give you an option to set up with the app when it’s the worst way to do it possible. Definitely needs the glitches worked out.

Worst app on the market
Honest feedback here. The idea of having an entire home diffuser is great. The app was obviously made overseas and only works 10% of the time. I’ve wasted so much time and money trying to navigate the app. Get someone in the USA to rewrite your app and make it run smoothly, and consider most of your customers have smart thermostats and you need to align with those.

Good product bad app
The product itself works great but the app only works once and awhile. Half the time it doesn’t want to connect. You made a great product but the app really needs the bugs worked out.
Full Control
I love how much granular control I get for the diffuser and that I can control it from anywhere. Making my house smell good is so much easier!

Makes running my diffuser easy and I love that I can adjust it any time from anywhere. My home has never smelled better!
