Unable to sign in for 3 days now, app says forbidden. No obvious support to contact.
Great wing sauce
Arooga’s has a great hot wing sauce.
They REQUIRE email list opt-in.
The app requires a ridiculous amount of personal information and also won’t let you sign up if you don’t opt in to the email list. It’s way too invasive for an app that I will only use once to get a free appetizer.
Need App Update BAD
Amazing place to eat and enjoy good company! Would give 5 stars…however, the app hasn’t been updated for over a year and force-closes every time you attempt to redeem your reward points. Now comes iOS 17….please update the app so we redeem our rewards!

App loads and most functions work, however clicking “shop rewards” crashes it, so you can’t use your reward points.
Do not order delivery.
Dinning in store is fine. Food and service are generally adequate. Ordering delivery through the Arooga’s App is very hit and miss. Maybe they will make you order, maybe they will not.

Football Sunday
Went to Aroogas yesterday to watch football and had a fantastic time !! There is a lot to choose from on the menu and everything we ate was delicious. Our waitress Lexci was very attentive, friendly , and did a great job !! They have an outdoor patio so we were able to take our Yorkie also . Stephanie was the bartender and she was a sweetheart as well . We’ll definitely go back !!!

Sub par food
Must have been a bad day for the cook. Items missing upon delivery. Not a good cook on the burger and the chicken tacos were a mishmash of mush.
Great Sports Restaurant; Lousy App; Broke Rewards
Service and atmosphere is great and family-friendly. Great food. No drunk loudmouths or riff-raff. But they stopped loading rewards on my account. I have twice told two different managers, and even emailed the company. No progress. The app stinks. You cannot access the full menu, so I don’t know what the use is of the app.

Why have an app if you can’t order?
I don’t understand the point of this app. It says you can order on it and will let you put your entire order in and when you go to checkout it says they aren’t accepting online orders?!? So why have this location as an option to order from? It’s been like this for months. I really like Arooga’s but this app is just annoying. Fix the issue with taking online orders or take the location off the list of places you can order online from....is it really that complicated?

Great Restaurant, Okay App
Arooga’s is by far my favorite sports bar & restaurant in the nation. They have some of the best wings you could ask for.
As far as the app, it seems pretty basic and limited. One menu item that I see on the menu in restaurant but not in the app is the “Buffalo Pretzel”. One of my more favorite things to get but it doesn’t show up in the app whereas the “Crab Pretzel” does. It could just be that it’s availability varies by restaurant but everytime I’ve gone in person to both their Camp Hill, PA locations and Winter Park, FL location they have it available so I don’t know what’s going on there.
The app is pretty easy to use and self explanatory, even has a reward system which I like but can’t really use because I’m on a budget at the moment and the requirement to get a free lunch is to buy 7 lunches.
All in all, great restaurant but an okay app.

Not all food items not all options.
The app does not have all food items (can’t order onion rings without a handheld for example) the reward program is also way worse than it used to be. Nice attempt Aroogas, but I’ll continue to phone in orders.

Works perfectly!! Was so fast and simple made getting dinner for a picky family a breeze. Everyone loved the free mozzarella triangles!!!

App works great. Can’t get the free Mozz triangles that they said we would get if we signed up for the app. Said not available. So whomever runs the app. Fail! But otherwise great food!
