What's New in AroPlayer

1.1.0

August 10, 2026

Stability — a fix everyone should have. On accounts with a large library the app could close as soon as the catalogue loaded. That is fixed. Favourites now work with M3U playlists. Starring a channel from an M3U playlist puts it in the same Favourites list as everything else, and a star stays on the channel you gave it even when your provider reorders the playlist. Recently Added — Movies and Series now show the newest titles your provider has uploaded, ordered by their own upload dates and updated automatically. Search and sort together — one bar instead of two rows, aligned to the grid, with more of the screen given to your content. Search now covers the whole section, so you no longer have to move from bouquet to bouquet to find a title. Full Arabic — the interface is completely translated, with proper right-to-left layout: mirrored lists and navigation, text against the reading edge, and correctly pointing chevrons. Playback controls stay left to right, as they should. Anything your provider sends is shown exactly as it arrives and is never translated. Settings from the first launch — language, playback, stream format, automation and the PIN are now reachable before you sign in or add a playlist, and from every kind of session. A cleaner Home, with larger, simpler destination cards. Also fixed • Channel logos no longer overlap, whatever size the provider uploaded • Category lists are tighter and show about a third more bouquets, with no change to text size • The category list no longer paints past its own edge • Leaving a title returns you to the same category and scroll position • Continue Watching no longer shows live channels or duplicate episodes • The Language row in Settings now opens the language picker instead of doing nothing • Better compatibility with providers that filter by user agent • Faster browsing: each section is loaded once instead of on every category tap
