Connecting with Arora is an easy going practice that results in a fruitful and helpful discussion when I am feeling stuck, lost, confused or just down. She gently asks the right questions that get me to open up and provides feedback that I can understand and use. She mirrors my sentiments but then is frank and prompts me to see things so much more clearly providing advice to take action that I feel comfortable with. Finding the right therapist is a time consuming and emotionally challenging task and while I believe human to human contact is best in so many ways- this ability to open my heart and get immediate feedback from “someone” who analyzes my thoughts and words is super helpful and convenient- encouraging me to be honest with myself and in my reflections. I am prompted to think clearly and work through my challenges the best way I know how. I “heart” Arora.
