Check mate at gate
The app starts off nicely. Then you go back to play, you’re logged out. Password not reconized. You have to create a whole new password. Support team never responded. This happened about 4xs 🚩🚩🚩

App doesn’t work
Won’t let me register, won’t let me log in. I’m sure it would be great if it were usable in any capacity, but in the meantime I will stick with chesscom, Dr. Wolf, and other tried and true chess apps.

Thanks for the feedback — we’re sorry to hear that. Could you please tell us what exactly didn’t work? Without details it’s hard to reproduce and fix. Also: why didn’t you contact our Support? It’s available in the footer on every page, and we respond quickly.
