About
Arrangements Log is a private, factual record of parenting time — the calls and visits, whether they happened, and what actually occurred.
WHO IT'S FOR
Separated and divorced parents keeping their own record, whether parenting time is set by a custody order, a parenting plan, or an informal agreement.
• Either side of it: the parent the child lives with, or the parent with parenting time
• Anyone whose attorney, mediator, custody evaluator or guardian ad litem has asked what has been happening
• Anyone who would rather remember it accurately than argue from memory
Built for one person working alone: nothing to share, nobody to invite, no account for the other parent. Only you can see it.
WHAT YOU RECORD
• Calls and visits, and whether each took place, was canceled, or went unanswered
• Scheduled times against actual times, so lateness is measured, not remembered
• Who a late start is attributed to, and the reason given — including "no explanation given", itself a fact
• Issues that arose during parenting time, and problems at handoffs
• Multi-day stays, with overnights counted properly
• Which child each entry was for — each wears their own color on the calendar
• Where a visit happened, from your own saved places
• Your own tags, so the patterns you care about are easy to find
THE SCHEDULE, STATED
Set out the regular schedule — which days, what times, weekly or alternating — and the app works from it:
• The calendar shows what is planned as well as what happened; the planned mark goes the moment you log the real thing
• Fallen behind? Catch up lists what was scheduled but never logged — nothing is filled in for you
• Optional reminders to log the evening's call or visit while it is fresh
• Optionally mirror the schedule into your own calendar, Google included, kept up to date
WHAT IT TELLS YOU
The Analysis tab turns the log into plain English, not just charts:
"5 of 6 timed calls and visits (83%) started late — on average 29 minutes, longest 45 minutes."
Alongside that: lateness over time, entries per month, issue and tag frequency, and a month-by-month summary, filtered by any period, type or tag.
TAKING IT OUT AS A DOCUMENT
Filter the log — a date range, calls only, late starts, anything tagged — and turn exactly that into a dated PDF for your attorney, a mediator, or the court.
• Two shapes: a short chronology of dates, times and what happened, or the full log with your notes and your child's own words. Every section is a switch.
• Prints on US Letter or A4, with the page count shown first.
• If you printed a filtered selection, the first page says so. Nothing is trimmed to fit.
• A closing note records how times were taken, what counts as late, and which entries were amended after writing.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No servers. No accounts. No analytics. No third-party code of any kind.
• Your entries live on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud, where only your Apple ID can read them.
• The app never touches your Contacts, your location or your camera.
• Rolling backups are kept inside the app; export JSON or CSV whenever you want.
• If the app crashes, Apple may send a crash report if you have that setting on. It contains nothing you have written, and you can switch it off.

A NOTE ON WHAT THIS IS
This is a record-keeping tool, not legal advice. Whether anything you record is useful or admissible is a matter for your attorney and the court. The app is deliberately neutral in tone: a calm, accurate, contemporaneous record is far more useful than a critical one.
