Mostly good missing some rhythms

This app is good it covers a lot of basic rhythms but I noticed torsades, WPW, STEMI, etc is not in the rhythm library which some are common, some are not. More of those rhythms would greatly improve this app hopefully the developers read this. Because it’s missing some other common rhythms it only get a 3/5.

Response from developer

This is great feedback, thank you! I plan to release updates in the fall, adding additional rhythms and enhancing the user interface. Regarding STEMI, it is covered in “Topic: ST Elevation or Depression”, but I believe you are referring more to ST elevation appearing in a running rhythm for the study and game modes. This makes complete sense. Again, thank you for your insightful and helpful feedback as the app is due for updates. Andrew, RN, Independent Developer

Random dude

Rythms were a little unrealistic to how the appear in an ecg and there werent several of the harder/important rythms
Would have been nice if there was an option to read it as a 12 lead instead of a single rythm line

Response from developer

Hi there. I really do appreciate your feedback as it helps make future versions better. The 12 lead is indeed an interesting idea. For the scope of this particular app, I’m focusing on helping front-line caregivers develop competencies with a single lead. Feel free to email me at support@arrhythmiaApp.com with more details as to which challenging rhythms you would like added and also which ones need updating in their appearance. Again, your feedback is always welcome as I work to improve the app. Thank you, Andrew, RN, Independent Developer

Stopped Working

IOS 26 update and app no longer works. Was a great app to it stop working

Response from developer

Hi there, I'm sorry you are having problems. I have not received any other reports of this. Please try deleting the app from your device then re-download it from the App Store. If you continue to have issues please email me at support@arrhythmiaapp.com. -Andrew, RN, Independent Developer

Honestly, great study tool for getting comfortable w/ reading EKGs

Accurate Interventions are listed to be expected.
Game makes the whole process easy, just read the ones you get wrong(not every time tho).
Game will make variations of rhythms.

Response from developer

Thank you for your review. I’m glad you’re finding the game variations helpful.

Cant try before signing up

Would really have loved to have tried this. It looks great, looks interactive and colourful.
However I downloaded to try it before signing up and paying.
Unable to comment on anything else. 4, 12lead? Posterior?, blocks? Rhythms,Variety? Who knows. I’m deleting it now. I prefer to give my money to honest type creators where I atlas know what I’m paying for rather than signing up for a trial to then have to risk than trying to cancel if it’s not what I’m looking for.

Great learning app

Really helped me understand EKGs as they happen. Loved the game mode! I could pick it up and quiz myself anytime.

Response from developer

Thank you for your review! I hope this app will continue to help you improve your skills.

Why?

I like the appearance change but the horizontal scrolling to select the rhythm is clunky and slow and makes it easy to press while scrolling. At least give me an option to have a list view like before or something.
I think adding variations to some of these rhythms would help out a lot because only 1 visual example for each rhythm is easy to identify after like 5 cycles.
Also there should be more rhythms in general. I’ve had this app for almost a year and not having simple ones like accelerated/ tachycardic idioventricular or WAP or MAT seems like easy additions.
Not asking for revolutionary changes here.

Thank you for your valuable insights. I’ve made changes to the Game Mode answer selection in version 2.1 which is now available as an update. Additional updates are in the works. -Andrew, RN / Independent Developer

Availability

Is there a reason this app is not available on android? It’s been helpful in learning rhythm recognition but unfortunately I’m unable to extend the app to others that are not on iOS.

Great App

Absolutely Fantastic, works great and the extra purchase is worth it too.
Have you considered adding a Left Bundle Branch Block and maybe a 12 lead option?

Not right

It tracks when you don’t even have your watch on I put watch and phone on sofa and it was still tracking wasted my money to be honest

For beginner

Simplistic way to do basic ECG reading without the confusing leads. It starts basic and you can add rhythms from a list as you go to add to your type of Ruth’s recognition. Therefore, you can add to the complexity as you get better at recognizing each rhythm.

Excellent assist to rapid rhythm analysis.

Very pleased to have found this and to recommend
esp to Drs working in unsupported rural areas in Australia needing to keep up ECG skills. Drdownunder

Great App for Study

As a Paramedic student, this application is fantastic for reviewing my own knowledge of 3-Lead ECGs.

I’d love to see a 12-Lead version of this app!

H

Why dose it not work on the Apple Watch

Overall good app

I agree with other review does need more examples of each rhythm, however did improve my recognition , also like fact that is simulation of true monitor and not just still strips to interpret

Repetitive

There needs to be multiple examples for rhythms. Within 5 minutes all of the rhythms cycled.

Profiteering at its finest

It is ridiculous that you need to pay to unlock some rhythms.

Arrhythmia app

Very good if you need a refresher or just taken a basic arrhythmia course. This does teach interpretations.

Excellent EKG practice!!!

Love it!
