Excellent App for booking journeys and tracking taxi. Impressed with communications after booking and when car in transit. Pleasant drivers who arrive on time. Impressive service
Not functional
Reported to Arrivals Star but makes no difference. This new app is not functional
-unable to use the function to confirm card payment on bank app,
- no longer provides proper receipts which basically means I will no longer be able to use this company,
- and now I have just reinstalled the app in the hope these issues would have been resolved and I have had to reset my password, but no email has been sent to allow me to do that.
