No longer works

This app tracked about 4 ordered I had placed and then suddenly stopped working. It asked for my phone number to send a verification code but once the phone number is entered nothing happens and I get an error code. Even the link for “app help” doesn’t work.

I was also trying to track my package and when I went to install this app and it asks for a phone number to get a code from it says “oops” there is a problem! What next? Idk!
