Subscription needs updating

Hi there, we’re really sorry about this. Sometimes Apple does not automatically recognise an existing subscription when moving to a new device. In most cases, using the “Restore Subscription” option in the in-game settings will correctly restore your purchase on the new phone or iPad, provided you are logged into the same Apple account as the one with which you bought your subscription. If that doesn’t resolve it, please contact us at developer@havos.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help get it sorted for you. We’re also very sorry for the delayed response.

But that’s minor compared to just how stupid this overlay is in terms of how badly it gets in the way of a smooth user experience. For example, I’ve just completed a head scratching puzzle (I really like Word Jigsaw) and naturally expect to see the result, but no! Some stupid graphic takes over the screen to award me 50 coins. I don’t give a …. ! Just when I want to look at the result of all my hard work, Havos has decided that I want to look at a stupid and to be honest fairly meaningless graphic. There’s a "review" button to go back and look at it, but that isn’t the point. Havos! Stop treating your users as if they are all 3 years old!
I downloaded this app because I love Codeword, another of Havos's. But that is standalone. No coins and no stupid graphics. So now I’ve shelled out A$14.99 for this one to be ad free but I never want to use it again. Instead, I want an ad free and coins free version of the stand alone version of Word Jigsaw, but that will cost me another $4.99. Not happy.

The coins are included in many of our games as a way to unlock hints or assistance when players get stuck, but we understand that not everyone enjoys this feature. If the coin animations are disruptive, you can switch them off in the settings menu, which should make for a smoother playing experience.
