Buena iniciativa, mal gestionada

Me parece una buena app, es útil y muy fácil de usar, lo malo es que no se informa de la gestión de las incidencias. He creado 7 incidencias: 2 están “solucionadas” y se informó durante el proceso, 2 aparecen en “proceso” y ya se arregló el problema pero sin cambiar el estado, y 3 aparecen como “recibidas”, de las cuales 1 está solucionada y las otras 2 no. La ultima incidencia es de hace 24 días. Resumiendo: una buena iniciativa que podría ser más útil si se informa correctamente durante el proceso.
