Hopeless App
I’ve tried using the app periodically in hopes that firmware updates over time would make it better. That never happened. Now the app itself hard crashes immediately upon opening in IOS26.2.1. Totally useless unfortunately. Very much like most kickstarter products.

The app does not work since an upgrade to iOS 26.0.1, it starts and then immediately quits.
Ongoing support is non existent
I have come to yet another roadblock where the app here doesn’t work with iOS updates and it seems since they now have a version 2 out all the original owners are no longer a focus. Cannot get answers as to why the app crashes every time I attempt to open. Seems like money wasted.

I tried to open this app in iOS 26, it kept crushing!! I had only used this device about 3 times, and you already stopped supporting it? Please HELP!!!

Unable to update firmware
Kickstarted the arsenal 1. In love right? Well, I feel out of love with photography for a few years. Came back now and can’t even use this arsenal anymore. Trying to update the firmware in the app and the app keeps crashing. It won’t update it. And it’s essentially unusable and useless. What a way to treat your backers! Wild to me to stop supporting your first project.

App broken, and Arsenal is useless because of it
I’m on iOS 18.6.2. Haven’t used my Arsenal (V1, I think… model:Madison) in years. When I open the app, it says I must upgrade the firmware. I tap on “upgrade”, and this app simply crashes to my home screen. IPhone 15 Pro Max.

As I connect Arsenal1, they request firmware update,however can not update. I don’t know why?

Schönen Guten Tag habe heute das Arsenal1 gekauft und stelle fest,dass die App sobald ich auf Update drücke sich einfach schließt und nix macht.bei wieder öffnen der App , zeigt er mir wieder an das ein Update benötigt wird und es passiert einfach das gleiche..

Hola, tengo el Arsenal version 1 y la aplicación se cierra sola al momento de abrir una imagen lo cual complica trabajar con ella. Podrían corregir este error. La aplicación no se ha actualizado en 2 años, creo que es justo y necesario una buena actualización para corrección de errores.
