App is defective causing machine defect
I usually wait a good 6mo to a year before writing reviews to give honest feedback. This machine was great when I got it, it even came with additional hose for the bottle to spray. I liked it so much that I ordered many more for offices I manage. The problem we are all experiencing is the app will Bluetooth connect to the devices causing them to “beep”. Then, you have to wait 30min+ for it to even connect & load the screen to adjust timers, settings, etc. I tried the following and nothing worked:
1. Deleting and redownloading the app
2. Unplugging the devices, waiting 1min and plugging back in
3. Unplugging internet
4. Restarting our phones
Furthermore, 4 out of 10 stopped working (the scent didn’t reach as far even after replacing the tubes). 2 started leaking down the wall even though everything was applied correctly and hung correctly. It seems as though they make these machines to not be long-term sustainable. I paid for the first batch while they were still pricey but I see now they are cheaper. I would be willing to purchase more if the app would work and machines had a longer lifespan.

Scheduling
I would like to set my night time schedule but it only allows the end time to be later then start time. I should be able to start a schedule from night to end in the morning but it’s not a choice.
